OSPR partners with the Oiled Wildlife Care Network responding to oiled wildlife from spills like the one that occurred in Southern California from an oil pipeline. These two OSPR scientists are specially trained wildlife capture specialists for responding to distressed animals and trained and certified to use boats, 4X4 vehicles, and all-terrain quads to reach and rescue oiled wildlife.
